1. Acceptance

By using Stream Sizzle you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, buy coins, compete in battles or request a cash out. Stream Sizzle is owned and operated by Hughroy Williams Coins are a virtual currency with no cash value. Purchased coins are non-refundable and cannot be cashed out. Coins a creator earns from gifts received can be cashed out under the payout terms.

3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content

Stream Sizzle has a strict no-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. This includes harassment, hate speech, threats, sexually explicit content, nudity, self-harm content, and any illegal activity.

Violations will result in immediate content removal and account termination.

4. Reporting & blocking

Every message in live chat can be reported via the report button. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours. You can also block any user; blocked users' messages will be hidden from your view immediately.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you post (chat, votes, gifts). By posting, you grant us a license to display it within the app to other users.

6. Virtual goods

Coins and gifts have no monetary value, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for real currency.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms.
