Terms of Service — Stream Sizzle

1. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

By creating an account or using Stream Sizzle, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under the age of 13, you are strictly prohibited from creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any of our services. If we learn or have reason to suspect that a user is under the age of 13, we will terminate the account and permanently disable access immediately and delete associated personal data in compliance with applicable data privacy laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Stream Sizzle account or use interactive features including live streaming, chat, messaging, and virtual gifts. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to users under 13 will be terminated. Stream Sizzle does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Underage accounts cannot be re-verified with another date of birth. Limited age-attempt and email-blocking records are retained as described in our Privacy Policy to prevent prohibited access.

For users between the ages of 13 and 17, please see Section 5 regarding mandatory parental consent and adult identity verification required for financial cash-outs.

2. Who operates Stream Sizzle

Stream Sizzle is operated by Willwin Auto Sales Inc. and owned by Hughroy Williams ("we," "us," "our").

3. Your account

Keep your login details private — you are responsible for all activity on your account.
Provide accurate information when you register.
You can delete your account at any time in the app settings. Unspent purchased coins are forfeited on deletion; pending earned-coin cash-outs are honoured where legally required.

4. Coins and gifts

Purchased coins (coins you buy) can be spent on gifts. They are non-refundable and cannot be cashed out or exchanged for money, except where required by law or the app store's refund policy. Earned coins (coins a chef receives from viewer gifts) may be cashed out under Section 5.

Coins are virtual items licensed to you for use inside Stream Sizzle only. They are not money, currency, property, or stored value.
We may adjust coin balances to correct fraud, chargebacks, or technical errors.

5. Cash-outs and payouts

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to request a Cash-out. Minors between the ages of 13 and 17 may only request a Cash-out with the express permission and active participation of a parent or legal guardian who completes the identity verification process.

Only earned coins may be cashed out. Purchased coins can never be cashed out.
Cash-outs are subject to a minimum threshold of $25, identity verification, and compliance checks.
Payouts are processed within 7 business days to your verified payout method.
We may delay, withhold, or forfeit payouts suspected of fraud, chargebacks, cheating, or terms violations.
You are responsible for any taxes owed on payouts.

6. Gifts do not decide official winners

Gifts are a way to support a chef. Unless a specific event's published rules state otherwise, official battle winners are decided by the published scoring rules — not by gift totals.
We may disqualify participants for cheating, vote manipulation, or rule violations, and forfeit associated earned coins.

7. Live content

You own the content you stream or post. By streaming or posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to transmit, record, replay, and promote that content in connection with Stream Sizzle. Do not stream or post anything you do not have the rights to.

8. Conduct

Follow the Community Rules. We may remove content, suspend accounts, and withhold payouts for cheating, harassment, hate speech, fraud, or any illegal activity.

9. Purchases and virtual goods

Coins are virtual goods. They are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use features inside Stream Sizzle — they are not money, credit or property, and they have no value outside the app.

Purchases made inside our iOS or Android apps are processed by Apple or Google, not by us, and are subject to their payment terms and refund policies. Refund requests for in-app purchases must be made to Apple or Google. Purchases made on the web are processed by our payment provider.

All coin sales are final, except where the store's refund policy or applicable law requires otherwise. Sending a gift spends coins from your balance; no separate money transaction happens at that moment. Purchased coins can never be cashed out — only coins earned from gifts you receive are eligible for payouts.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time as described in Section 3.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Stream Sizzle after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

12. SMS terms & conditions

By opting into mobile messaging or providing your phone number to receive security alerts, you agree to the following:

Program description: Stream Sizzle sends automated SMS texts for account identity verification, multi-factor authentication (2FA), and secure password resets.
Message frequency: Varies based on your activity (typically when you log in or change security credentials).
Carrier fees: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
Help: Text HELP to our messaging number for assistance.
Opt-out: Text STOP to cancel at any time. We will confirm your unsubscription by SMS.
Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
