Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, buy coins, compete as a chef or request a cash out. Keep your login details private — you're responsible for activity on your account.

Coins and gifts

• Coins are a virtual item licensed to you for use inside Stream Sizzle. They are not money, credit or property.
• Purchased coins can be spent on gifts but cannot be cashed out.
• Coins a chef receives from gifts become earned coins, which can be cashed out under the Refund and Payout terms.
• We may adjust balances to correct fraud, chargebacks or technical errors.

Gifts do not decide official winners

Gifts are a way to support a chef. Unless a specific event's published rules say otherwise, official battle winners are decided by the scoring described in the Contest Rules — not by gift totals.

Live content

You own the content you stream, and you grant Stream Sizzle a licence to transmit, record, replay and promote it. Don't stream anything you don't have the rights to.

Conduct

Follow the Community Guidelines. We can remove content, suspend accounts and withhold payouts for cheating, harassment or fraud.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. Unspent purchased coins are forfeited on deletion; pending earned coin cash outs are honoured where legally required.
