Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
This policy applies to the Stream Sizzle website and mobile apps. It explains the information used when you create an account, watch or host cooking streams, participate in battles, chat, and send gifts.
Who operates this app
Stream Sizzle is operated by Willwin Auto Sales Inc. and owned by Hughroy Williams.
SMS and Mobile Communications Privacy Policy
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages (such as two-factor authentication codes and password resets) from Stream Sizzle.
Consent & Sharing: Mobile information and SMS consent data will not be shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
Information Collection: We collect your phone number solely to deliver automated transactional notifications related to your account security and access.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
What we collect
- Account information: email address, username, avatar, and profile information you choose to provide. A phone number is optional for signup.
- Date of birth: collected privately for age verification and legal compliance, retained while the account is active, never sold or used for advertising. It is not displayed on public profiles, leaderboards, or chat.
- Content and activity: chat messages, recipes, profile content, follows, battle participation, votes, and gifts sent or received.
- Transactions: coin purchases, purchase confirmations, coin balances, gift transfers, and payout requests.
- Cash-out verification: identity details needed to verify the person requesting a cash out. For members aged 13–17, this includes the participating parent or legal guardian.
- Safety and preferences: reports, blocks, moderation actions, privacy choices, and notification preferences.
- Technical: device type, app version, crash logs
Camera, microphone, and live content
Hosting a live stream uses your camera and microphone to broadcast video and audio to viewers. You can deny access or change camera and microphone permissions in your device settings. Content you broadcast can be seen or heard by people watching the stream.
How we use it
- Operate the app and your account
- Deliver streams, chat, battle scores, recipes, follows, and gifts
- Process coin purchases and maintain balances and transaction records
- Apply privacy settings and deliver account and activity notifications
- Moderate abuse and enforce our terms
Sharing and public visibility
We don't sell your data. Public content such as your username, avatar, chat messages and votes is visible to other users by design. Public profile information, recipes, live broadcasts, chat messages, battle results, and gift activity can be visible to other users. Profile, battle participation, and gift visibility depend on your privacy choices. Making a profile private does not make a live broadcast or messages already shared in public chat private.
Moderators can review reported content and messages held by the chat filter, and the moderation audit log records who took an action and when.
AI-assisted features
When you use an AI-assisted feature, the text submitted for that feature is used to generate its response. These features include menu descriptions and pairings, chat highlights, recommendations, and moderator chat review. A shared battle recap can be viewed by people who open its public link. Avoid including private or sensitive information in text you submit or share.
Your choices
- Privacy controls let members choose profile visibility, battle participation visibility, chat availability, and gift visibility.
- Notification preferences let you manage optional alerts. You can create an account with email without providing a phone number or opting into SMS.
- Block or report another user through their user menu. Manage blocked users in Settings.
- Your device settings control camera, microphone, and push notification permissions.
Your rights
You can delete your account at any time.
Use the account deletion option in Settings, or email hughroywilliams@gmail.com to request data export or deletion.
Age requirement
Age verification is required before a signed-in account can use the app. If an attempted verification indicates an age below 13, the account is disabled and the full date of birth is not stored. We retain only the attempt timestamp and birth year in the age-attempt log, and a protected hash of the email address to prevent re-verification after an underage suspension.
Stream Sizzle is for people aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn or have reason to suspect that a user is under 13, we will terminate the account’s access immediately and delete associated personal data in compliance with applicable laws including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), while retaining the limited access-prevention records described above. Contact us if you believe a child under 13 has created an account.
Cash outs require you to be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live). Members aged 13–17 may cash out only with a parent or legal guardian who takes part and completes identity verification.
